Price/power (5/5): Available for a mere 400 NP at the time of writing. Defense doesn't get any more cost-effective than this. Tactical (3/5): The obvious problem with a shield like this is that it attempts to cover a large number of icon types and depth is sacrificed in the process. Special - This is the official type for this item on Neopets. Found Inside. This item can be found inside of the following item: Green Gift Pouch 19,800 NP; Click the items above for full details on how Zed Codestone was obtained. The prices of red codestones, however, are higher priced than regular codestones. The regular codestones currently could range anywhere from 4,000 NP to 5,000 NP. One or two codestones, such as the Bri Codestone, are worth less than 4,000 NP and some, such as the Eo Codestone, are worth more than 5,000 NP.
Basic codestones first appeared in Neopia as part of the Arrival of Virtupetsplot. During this plot, users were implored to bring one million codestones to the Island Mystic so he could decrypt Dr. Sloth's letter. Red codestones were first released along with the Secret Ninja Training School on March 13, 2004.
Varieties[edit]
There are ten types of basic codestone. They all shake in the player's inventory. Ryshu explains that, like a student before he has found his purpose, they are restless. In the Training School, there is a secret garden where they can be put in their proper place and be at rest. Each type of basic codestone bears a different rune:

Neopets Zed Codestone Cheats
Codestones, on average, are worth from 4000-5000 Neopoints each. The Bri Codestone, however, is usually worth 3000-4000 Neopoints. During wars on Neopets.com, Codestone prices rise to around 6000 or 7000 NP because so many users want to get some last minute training in. Once wars are over, the price of codestones slowly deflates. Currently, codestones cost over 4000 NP each, with the Bri Codestone worth slightly less.
The higher the level of your Neopet, the more codestones are required to train it.
